Job Description: We are a dual season boat, with a crew of around 19-20. We have high standards and we are looking for a stew with the correct attitude to yachting and the position, who will make use of this training opportunities onboard and ashore and flourish in the position. Whilst roles may be fairly specific for boss trips, we try and mix things up with our charters and so I believe in team training, where by all girls are taken through the same training and skill development, be it service, wardrobe management, stain treating, turn downs etc.
