An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join a high profile 70m+ Motor Yacht which is used for private use and charter.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in high end charter on a yacht size 50m+, preferably experienced in rank of Sous Chef, works well as a team and good knowledge of pastry and desserts.

The required documents are:

  • STCW
  • ENG1
  • Passport
  • Food and Hygiene Level II
  • Professional culinary trained certificate
  • B1/B2

In return my client is offering the following package:

€3500 - €4500 per month salary DOE (possible additional earnings during charter)

Above industry holiday package

Health insurance, repatriation and travel costs

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
