Sous Chef / Stewardess

wilsonhalligan are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef / Stewardess to join a 50m+ dual season charter yacht. The role will be predominantly as a Sous Chef (80%) with some interior duties as and when required (20%) therefore the ideal candidate will be comfortable and have experience in both areas. Due to the plans for the vessel the yacht requires candidates to hold a valid B1/B2 visa and Ships Cook Certificate in order to cover the galley, and cook for the crew, in the Head Chefs absence.
- Ships Cook Certificate
- ENG1 and STCW/10 updated as necessary
- B1/B2 visa due to yachts location
- Experience in the galley and interior
Leave : 42 days per year
Start : Before the 14th of November
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
