Chef 40m+ Charter/Private MY- Caribbean

A world class 40m+ charter yacht is on the search for an experienced and energetic chef for the upcoming Caribbean season and beyond
The chef will join a professional, mixed nationality crew of 9 to deliver quality service to both charter guests and owner alike.
The yacht is family friendly and caters to HNW guests from around the globe.
The yacht will cruise the Caribbean and will then head over to Europe for 2020 summer season
The yacht has a water sports emphasis and is home to an active, fun and energetic crew
The chef should be looking promote a positive team environment onboard.
The owner is very passionate about food and is hoping to find a chef that can grow into the role, experiment with menus and provide food using only the freshest of produce.
The chef will be willing to offer a long-term commitment and be available to trial over the next 1-2-month period.

The Ideal Candidate

• Culinary trained
• Strong restaurant or private chef background
• Energetic up and comer
• Loves experimenting with menus
• Can source produce locally, utilise fresh produce markets and suppliers
• Can provision accurately for trips up to 2 weeks
• Enjoys a busy program
• STCW, ENG1
• B1/B2 or able to apply for one

Start- Early November, trial TBD

Salary- 6000€ -7000€ / month DOE
