On behalf of a 100m+ motor yacht, currently based in the Middle East, we are looking to recruit a Chef Garde Manger.

The client is looking for a Chef who is highly skilled in both ice and fruit carving, as well as this you must have a solid understanding of international cuisines and be comfortable working within a large team.

Ideally you will have two years’ yacht or high end cruise ship experience and professional culinary training. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well traveled yacht that is part of a large fleet, work with an excellent team and gain valuable experience on board a yacht.
