Must be big on watersports, competent with preventative maintenance engineering, usual start up procedures ect can troubleshoot any problems within systems that may come up during cruising.
Not expecting to fix any complicated issues
Engineering background but no ticket required
Work alongside captain/engineer in both deck and engine department
Confident with bridge watches
Must be engaging with guests, small boat mentality, relaxed environment
Happy to jump on a tender or tow a guest on a doughnut
