Are you an experienced culinary trained chef available for some freelance work in Indonesia?

The luxury 37m MY will undertake a series of dive trips with the owner and guests

There is a relaxed atmosphere onboard, a culinary requirement are not overly demanding

Provisioning to be done in Australia before departure the chef will have the option of joining on the following dates

  • 18th September - Depart Cairns
  • 20th September - Depart Thursday Island
  • 25th September - Arrive Sorong

There will be about five guest free days in Sorong before departing for Biak to do the pickup.

On the first week it's three guests, the second week up to four guests and on the third week it's just the owner and seven crew.

There is a short turn around in Sorong of about eight hours between each trip.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Superyacht Chef experience
  • Relaxed and easy to work with
  • Diverse culinary range, good with fresh fish, BBQ, Salads ect
  • Can provision accurately
  • Personable with good sense of humour
  • Located within Australia/NZ or Indo for joining

Start: Between 18th – 25th September (on chefs preference)

Finish: around 25th October

Salary: day rate of $500 AUD / day + flights
