Sole Chef – Mediterranean – Permanent - Silver Swan

We are currently searching for a chef for a 45M private M/Y with a base in the Med.
This is a permanent contract to begin ASAP, the vessel is mostly based in France during the summer and Italy during the winter.
- Cooking for the 9 guests and 9 crew
- Preference is for Italian / Mediterranean cuisine
- Guests also typically prefer buffet style food
- Maintaining a clean and tidy galley
- All provisioning
The ideal candidate
- Will have some yacht experience but will also consider candidates new to the industry with an excellent restaurant background.
- We’re ideally looking for a background or speciality of Italian cooking, but will also consider any CVs that have training or focus on Mediterranean style
- Salary of €6000 pcm
- 42 days leave
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
