Seasonal Chef Opportunity for a 35m Private M/Y

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef to finalise the set-up of the Galley of this brand new yacht that has just been launched, including the initial start-up provisioning.

Candidates currently in Europe preferred

START: April until end of September

LOCATION: Mediterranean

PACKAGE: Competitive Salary


  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Sole Chef on 30m+
  • Exceptional provisioning and budgeting skills required
  • Have the ability to provide high end cuisine when required, but also be happy to prepare casual, healthy dishes when cruising with the family
  • Exceptional level of hygiene and safety


  • STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate
  • Culinary Certificate or Ship's Cook Certificate (a plus)
  • Clean and full drivers’ licence

Open to male candidates only, due to cabin arrangements

Non smoker, No Visible Tattoos

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
