We are currently looking for a Sous Chef with a strong set of skills in pastry to join a very busy 100m+ private motor yacht.
As well as being competent in pastry and desserts the ideal candidate will be comfortable in all cuisines so that they can assist with crew food and guest food. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Sous Chef to join a well established, busy motor yacht within a large fleet, to work with an great team and to be able to explore their pastry skills.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive
Rotation: 90 days. 3:1 – approximately
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
