Reports to the Head Chef. As needed, the sous chef may be asked to independently provide crew meals / guest meals at the direction of the head chef.
Must have at least two years of similar experience in a superyacht galley or ashore in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Provisioning of all food items
- Guest and crew meals and nutrition
- Food / galley safety and storage/sanitary standards
- Galley and food inventory
- good presentation skills
- salats, fruits, pastry preparation
- Dietary knowledge, allergens, nutritional value of ingredients and meals
Required, MCA ships cook, culinary certificate, safety and hygiene standarts certificate, BST, B1/B2 US visa.
To start asap in Europe, sailing to Carribean.

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on cruise ships or yachts matching the following requirements:
- Yacht sizes: > 70m
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
