JUNIOR ENGINEER – 60M EXPEDITION M/Y – PRIVATE
AUSTRALIA – INDIAN OCEAN

YACHT INFORMATION:

World cruising expedition yacht seeks experienced Engineer

Must be a team player with the following skills:

• AEC/MEOL Coc minimum
• Must be currently working towards their Y4
• Good all rounder who is able to assist between Engineering (75%) & Deck Departments (25%)
• Experience with IDEA planned maintenance systems
• Hands on to work closely with the Chief Engineer
• Must be able to pick things up quick and hit the ground running
• Should have a positive attitude with a love of the ocean
• Will suit a crew member who enjoys surfing, kiting, fishing and diving
• Great young crew with a sense of adventure
• Good longevity & Excellent references

ITINERARY: AUSTRALIA – ASIA & ANTARCTICA (over the next 4 years)

QUALIFICATIONS: AEC or Y4+ STCW10 + ENG1

START DATE: 24 NOV 2018

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time contract. Australian work conditions

SALARY: USD $3000 - $4250 DOE
