Live In Cook/Housekeeper needed for Estate in Hamptons, USA

We are looking for an excellent cook and housekeeper to live in at an estate in Southampton in Long Island, New York, USA.  A responsible person with a goood deal of experience and a real self-starter is ideal.  The house is primarily used during the summer months, so during the year we just need to someon to maintain it and cook if the family happens to come out for an occasional weekend.  Also- the family has two small dogs and a large koi pond so a love of animals is helpful.
