FREELANCE SOUS CHEF - 50M M/Y (PRIVATE - FOREIGN FLAGGED)
AUSTRALIA & PACIFIC REGION

YACHT INFORMATION:

We are on the search for an experienced Sous chef who will have the flexibility to fly in/fly out for guest trips while the yacht is cruising the Pacific region.

While onboard you would assist Chef with guest meals and can cook crew meals.
Provisioning – Nutritious meals – Dietary requirements – Food safety & storage
Great Captain and crew onboard. 12 crew total.

Looking for healthy, active crew members who are true non-smokers.

ITINERARY: AUSTRALIA & PACIFIC REGION

QUALIFICATIONS: STCW10 + ENG1 + Food Hygiene Level 2 + Cook/Chef Certification

START DATE: 15 SEP 2018 to 15 JAN 19

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Freelance throughout the year. Guest trips coming up in SEP, OCT, & DEC.

SALARY: Based on AUD$3500 - $6000 p/m. DOE.

REQUIREMENTS:

Superyacht experience required.
Flexibility to be able to fly in & out to vessel for owner/guest trips throughout a calendar year.
Superyacht Chefs ideally located in Australia or New Zealand

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
