Cook / Stew 60ft Sailing Catamaran – South East Asia

Are you an experienced cook looking for an adventure around Asia?

Do you enjoy exploring the various destinations you visit?

A small but professional charter/private catamaran is on the search for a cook / stew to join their team.

The yacht has an active and busy sailing schedule around various parts of South East Asia.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in the galley as well as all interior duties when not on charter.

During charter, the main focus will be cooking / housekeeping.

Passage and watch experience preferred but not necessary.

Ideal Candidate

• Current STCW and food hygiene certificate
• Experience as cook/stew or sole chef
• Enjoys adventure and being active
• Organised with stores and galley
• Can provision with local produce and availabilities
• Some sail experience preferred (but not essential)
• Looking to offer a firm commitment

Salary

$3,000 USD per month for the first three months of probation, after which this will increase to $4,000 USD per month.

Start Date- ASAP

Contract is fully MLC compliant.

Candidates MUST include a full sample menu, References are essential, as well as fluency in English.
