Rotational 2nd Chef required for 100m+ Mega Yacht (RSCN)

This beautiful large private yacht is seeking for an excellent 2nd Chef with at least 2 seasons’ experience in a similar role on an 80m+ yachts, cruise or river ships. The right candidate will have an exceptional culinary knowledge, style and presentation skills, including a broad knowledge of international cuisines and techniques combined with an enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

If you are a team player, with the ability to work well under pressure, remain calm and courteous at all times and have the ability to adapt quickly to change arising from the unpredictable nature of the vessel’s program or itinerary this is the role for you!

Required qualifications:

• Valid passport
• Valid ENG1
• Valid SDB
• Valid STCW
• Ship’s Cook Certificate/ Chef Degree
• Food safety & Hygiene Level 3
• Crowd & Crisis Management certificate
• Designated Security Duties certificate
• Vaccination card with Yellow Fever and Hep B vaccines
• Completed crew information sheet (provided on hiring)
• 3 written references

Salary: Depending on experience
