Rotational Head Chef 100m+ Mega Yacht required for (EHCN)

• Are you an exceptional Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience on large yachts?

This beautiful large private yacht is seeking for an excellent Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role on a 80m+ motor yachts, cruise or river ships. The right candidate will have exceptional culinary knowledge, style and presentation skills, including a broad knowledge of international cuisines and techniques combined with an enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

If you are a team player with the ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and courteous at all times with the ability to adapt quickly to change arising from the unpredictable nature of the vessel’s program or itinerary, then this is the role for you!

Required qualifications:

• Valid passport
• Valid ENG1
• Valid SDB
• Valid STCW
• Ship’s Cook Certificate/ Chef Degree
• Food safety & Hygiene Level 3
• Crowd & Crisis Management certificate
• Designated Security Duties certificate
• 3 written references (preferred)

Required aptitudes:

• Shipyard and new build experience preferred
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices
• Excellent organisational and inventory skills
• High work ethic and moral standards
• Proactive to problems and solutions under pressure
• Accomplished crew organisation and management skills
• Strong communication skills

Salary: Depending on experience
