Live In Chef Needed for Sailing Yacht in Rhode Island

A family is looking for a trained, top-notch yacht chef for a permanent live-in position starting ASAP on a sailing yacht based in Newport, RI and spending the summer in New England and the Med. The family requires a chef who is experienced and comfortable cooking a wide range of cuisines. Chef must also be able to prepare lactose-free healthy dishes for family member with serious dietary restrictions. Responsibilites are, but not limited to, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family and crew, as well as preparing appetizers and hor d'oeuvres for sunset hour. Longevity and solid references are required. Must have sailboat experience to apply.
