Head Chef (seasonal) 50m Private MY- Europe

Are you an experienced Head Chef looking to join a terrific 50m MY for the upcoming Mediterranean season?

Do you enjoy cooking high calibre, fine dining food using only the freshest of produce?

A high calibre 50m private MY is on the search for a Head Chef who is at the top of their game and can create and deliver food that has the ‘wow’ factor to guests and crew alike.

Based out of San Remo ,Italy the yacht will travel the Mediterranean playing host to the owner and his guests who will fly in/out in the various locations of interest.

The itinerary will mostly be Western Mediterranean destinations with San Remo as its base however the owner has decided in the past to explore Eastern Med options throughout the season

The yacht is crewed with mostly Australian who enjoy an active and fun lifestyle and a professional and committed working environment.

The position will be seasonal only and candidates will be looking to offer a firm commitment until the conclusion of guest trips in October

The Ideal Candidate

• Will have a very diverse culinary range
• Experienced in fine dining restaurants
• Culinary trained
• Head chef experience on yachts 45m + or Sous chef 70m+
• Enjoys being a part of a fun and active crew
• Is very passionate about cooking and loves trying new recipes/styles
• Enjoys a laugh and fun but also very professional
• Some experience provisioning in the Med
• Current STCW & ENG 1
• Happy to fly the right candidate world wide

Start Date- within 2 weeks (running until October 2018)

Salary-  $7000 US / month DOE
