2nd Chef for Private 120-m Motoryacht – FECM

This lovely travelling private Superyacht is seeking an experienced 2nd Chef to work closely with the Head Chef on board. You will have private experience on 80-m+ yachts or passenger vessels and be willing to learn a vast repertoire of exciting dishes from all over the world.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid passport (mandatory)
• Valid ENG1 (mandatory, valid 6 months)
• Valid SDB (mandatory)
• Valid STCW (mandatory)
• Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
• Proficiency in designated security duties certificate (mandatory)
• Crisis and Crowd Management certificate (mandatory)
• Vaccination card with Yellow Fever and Hep B vaccines (preferred)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 seasons’ experience on a 80m+ yacht, cruise or river ships in a similar role
• Exceptional culinary knowledge, style and presentation skills, including a broad knowledge of international cuisine and techniques
• To perform duties as directed by Head Chef
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure. Remain calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to adapt quickly to change arising from the unpredictable nature of the vessel’s program or itinerary

START DATE, ASAP
SALARY/PACKAGE, 6000 EUR per month
LEAVE, 122 Leave days per year & 2 rotation flights per year to Homeport
