We are currently working with a 65m+ M/Y to find an experienced Pastry/Patisserie Chef.
The Yacht:
65m+ M/Y, Private and charter, Med/US dual season,
The Position:
Sous/Crew Chef with excellent pastry/patisserie background, working with the Head chef, helping prepare guest and crew food, provisioning, stock rotation and cleanliness. Working closely with the Head Chef and stepping up when on leave.
The Person:
Culinary trained, previous experience as pastry chef, hotel or yacht experience all considered. Good attitude, hard worker and gets on well with the team and other crew. Well presented, no tattoos and non smoker. Must hold STCW, PDSD, ENG1 Food Hygiene and ideally holding a B1/B2 visa and ships cooks certificate.
The Package:
$5000/month DOE, 45 days leave, Start ASAP
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
