40m+ MY Private/Charter vessel currently in the Med but will be crossing soon.
Dual season, Caribbean and Med, heavy charter & lovely owners.
Searching for an experienced sole chef capable of delivering healthy, fresh food with good timing and organisational skills to 8 crew and 10 guests. The boat fishes a lot so must be good dealing with fresh fish.
Good and experienced in provisioning both stateside and in the Med.
Must hold ships cook certificate, B1/B2 and have experience in the industry.
Great, active and fun crew - looking for someone to fit in with their good on-board atmosphere.
Salary; 5700+ DOE + good charter tips.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
