Are you an experienced yacht chef looking to spend the winter in the top end of Australia?

Joining a crew of 5 the chef will be culinary trained with at least a season’s yacht/boat experience

The yacht will be based out of Port Douglas and Cairns for the winter & cruise the East Coast of Australia for summer

The yacht operates a busy schedule and acts as a mothership to several smaller game fishing vessels.

Preferred cuisines include BBQ, high quality meat cuts, fresh salads, modern Australian & fresh seafood.

The ideal Candidate will have culinary training and above all have a terrific attitude.

Start Date: End of June

Contract: 4 month contract or fulltime for the right candidate

Salary: $6000-$6500 AUD / Month (through the Australian taxation system) or ABN

All crew must have full work rights for Australia

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
