We are seeking a strong rotational Sous Chef to join a 45m+ private, dual-season program currently operating in Europe. This is a well-run private vessel offering a supportive environment to grow and develop as a chef whilst expanding culinary skills under an experienced Head Chef.

  • Working within a team of two.
  • Prepare food for guests and crew; creative license once confident.
  • Varied cuisine with focus on Asian and Ottolenghi styles.
  • Maintain galley organisation, hygiene, stock control and assist with provisioning.
  • Operate calmly under pressure and remain organised in a busy galley.
  • Captains are described as fair and crew-focused; the crew enjoy a harmonious onboard dynamic and shared fitness activities.
  • Regular time alongside in Greece, allowing genuine life ashore when owners are not onboard.
  • Start date ideally January 2027; rotation 2:2. Salary: EUR / DOE. Discretionary annual bonus and training allowance.
  • Female candidate required due to cabin arrangements.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
