Rotational Chief Engineer — 55m Motor Yacht

A hands-on Chief Engineer to join on a rotational basis from January, with the exact start date to be confirmed.

The ideal candidate will be mature, flexible and comfortable working as part of a team, with a practical approach, no ego and the ability to mentor others.

Certificate: Y2 or Y1 preferred; a Y2 working towards Y1 would be ideal.

Experience: Previous yachting experience required.

Rotation: Two months on / two months off.

Salary: €7,500 per month, paid 12 months per year.

Start: January, with some flexibility.

The owners are considering a move to a larger yacht of approximately 70–75m, so this could be an opportunity to grow with the programme.

Candidates should state their certificate level, relevant yachting experience and availability, and indicate if they are working towards Y1.
