Chef 50m Private Motor Yacht

We are looking to recruit a competent chef to cater to the family needs on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to manage a healthy, balanced Mediterranean diet for the family, ad-hoc high-end events, and act as Sole Chef on board their private yacht during the summer months for a crew complement of 9 plus guests.

Skills required:

• Good understanding of provisioning
• Menu planning
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High standards of galley hygiene
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage the galley and inventories independently

Previous experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years.
