Deckahnd/Carpenter - 100m+ Motor Yacht | Start March 2027

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a prestigious 100m+ motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong trade background looking to build a long-term career within yachting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid B1/B2 Visa in hand (essential).
• Proven background in carpentry, boat building, shipwright work, or a related trade transferable to a yacht carpenter role.
• 1-2 seasons of yachting experience preferred.
• Navigational Watch Rating advantageous.
• Yachtmaster beneficial; otherwise, some experience driving tenders is expected.
• PWC licence required, with PWCI preferred.
• Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused.
• Comfortable working in a highly guest-facing environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Looking to commit to a role for 12 months or longer.

Package

• 4:2 rotation
• USD 4,500 per month
