A great opportunity for a Junior Stewardess to join a busy 70m+ private motor yacht with a close-knit crew and a strong team culture. The vessel operates a dual-season programme with exciting itinerary plans. This role would suit someone with solid housekeeping experience, some service exposure and a fun, positive personality.

The role:

  • Start date: 3rd November 2026
  • Rotate between housekeeping, laundry and service
  • Maintain high standards across the Interior department
  • Opportunity to develop service skills, including cocktails and barista skills, with ongoing onboard training
  • Dual-season programme with exciting cruising itinerary

What we're looking for:

  • Around 1 year of yacht experience, ideally two seasons on a 45–60m vessel
  • Strong housekeeping skills with some exposure to service
  • Polished, motivated and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and a positive team player who contributes to crew morale
  • Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
