Temp Sole Chef wanted | 47m new build | yard period / crossing

We are recruiting for a Temp Sole Chef to join a 47m new build yacht in Italy for a yard period and crossing.

The role will be approximately 23rd October - 25th November and will involve cooking for crew only during the yard period and crossing.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a culinary background who is organized, hard-working, and happy to jump in and manage the galley during a busy period. Green candidates will be considered, provided they have a strong culinary background and a great attitude.

Requirements / Ideal Experience:

• Culinary background essential
• Yacht experience preferred but not essential
• Green candidates considered with the right background and attitude
• Confident cooking fresh, healthy crew meals
• Clean, organized, and able to work efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Must hold B1/B2 visa, as the vessel will be crossing to the States
• Must be available approximately 23rd October - 25th November
• Must be able to join in Italy

This is a great temp opportunity for a capable Sole Chef looking to gain experience on a 47m new build yacht during a yard period and crossing.
