An exciting opportunity for a Sole Chef to join a private yacht with light charter, cruising primarily around the US coast and Caribbean. With a lovely, active crew and exciting plans ahead, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a program long term.

The role:

  • Sole responsibility for the galley, catering for crew and guests
  • Produce delicious and well-presented food suited to an American-focused clientele
  • Dual season program
  • Start date: Early November

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht
  • Strong understanding of a range of cuisines and preferences
  • B1/B2 and Ship's Cook in hand
  • Positive, flexible and team-focused approach

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
