Viking Crew require a Head Chef for a special purpose vessel.

Candidates will ideally have a cruise ship and restaurant background. Experience catering and provisioning for large groups. Strong leadership skills (initiative, resilience, good communication skills). Galley team of 2.

Qualifications needed: Valid passport, C1/D visa in hand, Ships Cook certificate, STCW basic training and valid medical.

Start date: 22nd October 26

Itinerary: Caribbean / USA

Package on offer: USD salary - time for time rotation

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
