An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a 70m motor yacht on a world-cruising itinerary. Working within a two-person galley team, this role suits a chef with strong culinary foundations seeking development within a crew-focused program.

The role includes:

  • Preparing high-quality crew and guest meals alongside the Head Chef.
  • Working within a small, collaborative galley team.
  • Operating on an interesting itinerary with off-the-beaten-track destinations.
  • Start date ideally by the end of August, with some flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Formal culinary training and strong restaurant experience.
  • Ideally 18+ months' experience on 60m+ yachts.
  • Confident, organised and adaptable team player with high standards and a desire to develop as a chef.

  • Salary: €5,500 per month.
  • 2:2 rotation.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
