An excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a 60m private/charter yacht with great Head Chefs onboard, who are passionate about mentoring and helping their team grow.

The role:

  • Dual-season program between the Caribbean and Mediterranean.
  • Charters already booked for the upcoming winter.
  • Responsible for crew food and supporting on the guest side as well.
  • Work alongside experienced Head Chefs who enjoy teaching and developing their Sous Chefs.
  • Active crew with a strong team dynamic.
  • Start ASAP, with flexibility until mid-October if required.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Sous Chef experience on a similar-sized yacht.
  • Restaurant background preferable and/or culinary training.
  • B1/B2 visa essential.
  • Ship's Cook advantageous.
  • Positive, team-focused and adaptable approach.

What's on offer:

  • €5,000 per month.
  • Equal share of tips.
  • 75 days leave.
  • Established private/charter program.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
