About This role

Rotational Chef – Private 80m + MY

  • Start: 5th of October
  • Location: Europe / Northern Red Sea
  • Package: Salary in Euro – 176 days of leave

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef on yachts, with high-end restaurant experience is favourable too.
  • Demonstrable experience of having worked under head chefs showing career progression.
  • Able to work autonomously and independently without much direction.
  • Demonstrated capability to calmly manage high-pressure situations while maintaining efficient time management and storekeeping skills.

Qualifications required:

  • Ship's Cook Certificate
  • Food and Hygiene Level 2
  • PDSD
  • STCW updated including PSSR with Bullying and Harassment module
  • Seafarer Medical Certificate
  • Seaman Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
