CHEF WANTED | 47M NEW BUILD | PRIVATE/CHARTER

We are recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a brand new 47m private/charter yacht in Europe.

The vessel is looking for someone confident, organized, and proactive who is capable of outfitting an entirely new galley from scratch. This will include planning, stocking, organizing, setting up systems, and helping create a smooth and efficient galley operation from the beginning.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan and execute healthy, fresh meals from scratch for both guests and crew, while maintaining high standards, strong organization, and a calm, positive attitude onboard.

The boat is capable of holding 12 guests and 11 crew.

Requirements / Ideal Experience:

• Previous yacht chef experience preferred

• Confident outfitting, stocking, and organizing a brand new galley

• Strong menu planning, provisioning, and execution skills

• Able to cook healthy, fresh meals from scratch

• Organized, clean, and calm under pressure

• Proactive and able to create strong systems from the beginning

• Positive attitude and strong team player

• Open to male and female candidates

• Must be available to start ASAP in Europe

• Must hold all relevant visas
