An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a dual-season 90m+ motor yacht for the upcoming winter season. This role will suit a chef with a restaurant background and experience on a similar sized vessel.

The role:

  • Prepare high-quality crew and guest food alongside the Head Chef
  • Work within a collaborative galley team to deliver excellent culinary standards
  • Start date: ideally by the end of September

What we're looking for:

  • Formal culinary training and strong restaurant experience
  • Ability to use initiative when working solo, organised approach and no ego
  • Strong standards and genuine interest in developing as a chef; training package offered
  • Ideally 18+ months' experience on 60m+ yachts
  • Candidates must hold B1/B2 visas in hand

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
