Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Executive/Head Chef to join a highly desirable 45m Motor Yacht. The vessel operates on a single season itinerary and runs a private/charter program.

Start date: 1st September
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary in Euros
Leave: 150 days

Experience and attributes required:
– Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef in luxury yachts
– Showcase expertise in multi-regional cuisines e.g. Japanese, French, Italian, Thai and Chinese
– Strong emphasis on high quality, fresh seafood
– Demonstrated creativity, with the ability to deliver visually stunning & flavour-driven dishes
– Experience catering to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals
– Strong knowledge of global provisioning and ingredient sourcing
– Excellent organisational & time-management skills in a high-pressure environment
– Professional, discreet, & service-oriented mindset

Qualifications required:
– Valid STCW's and Medical
– Ships Cook Certificate
