An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a 70m motor yacht with a world-cruising itinerary. Working within a galley team of two, this role suits a chef with strong culinary foundations who is looking to develop within a supportive, crew-focused program.

The role:

  • Prepare high-quality crew and guest food alongside the Head Chef
  • Work within a small, collaborative galley team
  • Interesting itinerary with an exciting, off the beaten track program ahead
  • Start date: ideally by the end of August, with some flexibility if needed

What we're looking for:

  • Formal culinary training and strong restaurant experience
  • Ideally 18+ months' experience on 60m+ yachts
  • Confident, organised and adaptable team player
  • Strong standards and a genuine interest in developing as a Chef

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
