An excellent opportunity for a Sole Chef to join a 35m+ private classic motor yacht for the remainder of the Mediterranean season. This role would suit a chef with a genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine and experience cooking for Italian owners in a private yacht or high-end hospitality environment.

The role:

  • Managing all aspects of the galley as Sole Chef
  • Preparing authentic, high-quality meals for a European family and a multinational crew of seven
  • Creating varied menus while maintaining traditional Italian flavours and presentation
  • Private seasonal programme cruising the Mediterranean
  • Start date ideally as soon as possible

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht preferred
  • Italian nationality preferred, although chefs with proven experience cooking authentic Italian cuisine will be strongly considered
  • Organised, self-sufficient, and confident managing the galley independently
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and time management skills

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
