An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious 50m Expedition Motor Yacht for an exciting charter season in French Polynesia.
This dual-season private and charter yacht is embarking on an incredible South Pacific itinerary before continuing with world cruising. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding cuisine for 10–12 guests, while a dedicated Sous Chef looks after all crew meals, allowing you to focus entirely on the guest experience.
The yacht works closely with an experienced local provisioning agent in French Polynesia, and comprehensive guest preference sheets are provided in advance to ensure every charter is tailored to perfection.
The program is open to candidates seeking either a seasonal contract or a permanent position.

The Ideal Candidate
• Previous Head Chef experience on 40m+ yachts
• Strong and diverse culinary repertoire
• Previous charter experience preferred
• Confident managing guest dining independently
• STCW and valid ENG1
• Valid passport
• Ideally located within the region or able to join quickly

Package
• Salary: $10,000 USD per month DOE + Charter Tips
• Leave: 60 days per year
• Start: ASAP (within 1–2 weeks)
