Temp Head Chef 60m MY

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy 60m+ charter yacht for a three-month contract. With an intense Med season followed by a selection of charters already confirmed for the winter, this role is ideal for a confident charter chef who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role:

• Deliver exceptional guest dining experiences
• Create diverse, high-quality menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Maintain high galley standards, organisation, and provisioning throughout the season
• Busy charter programme with a packed summer and 5+ weeks of winter charters already booked
• Contract dates: approximately mid September – mid December
• Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements (private cabin on offer the majority of the time)
• B1/B2 visa and Ship's Cook certificate required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef onboard charter yachts is essential
• Strong understanding of a wide variety of international cuisines, with knowledge of American palates advantageous
• Confident managing busy guest operations
• Organised, calm, and adaptable under pressure
• Collaborative leader who works well alongside an experienced Sous Chef
