Rotational AB/Motorman for private 80m support vessel

Start: 30 July 2026

Location: Europe

Package: Salary in Euros / Leave days 176; 3/3 rotation

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum 1 year’s previous experience in a dual role position on board 60m+ commercial vessel.
  • Primary experience is that of EDH/AB but should be familiar with basic servicing requirements of a modern engine room.
  • Candidate should demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge and be willing to assist the Engineering officer when required.
  • Should be self-motivated and happy to work as part of a small team.
  • Must be willing to show flexibility and assist other departments when needed.
  • Professional appearance/presentation.

Qualifications required:

  • Able Seafarer (EDH) – Deck Rating (II/5) minimum
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with 6 months’ validity)
  • Seafarer’s Discharge Book (mandatory)
  • STCW with PDSD (mandatory)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
