Sole Chef – Private 25m M/Y

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sole Chef to join a beautiful 25m private motor yacht for the summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative chef who enjoys preparing fresh, healthy cuisine for both guests and crew while working independently in a well-organised galley.

Start date: ASAP – October

Itinerary: Croatia

Package: Salary paid in Euros, DOE

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht
• Ability to prepare high-quality meals for both guests and crew
• Strong knowledge of modern, healthy, and well-balanced cuisine
• Excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Strong provisioning, stock control, and galley organisation skills
• Effective time management and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation and physically fit and active
• Non-smoker with no visible tattoos

Qualifications required:

• Culinary Training Certification
• STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate
• COVID-19 Vaccination (owner’s requirement)
