Shipyard Carpenter – Private 100m+ MY

Start date: Beg/mid Sept 2026 (depending on the start of shipyard period) – mid Feb 2027

Location: Europe

Package: Salary in Euros inclusive of leave

Experience and attributes required:

• 1 year experience as a Carpenter on yachts > 40 M or ashore in land based roles; yacht experience preferred
• Experience with high-end joinery, veneers, varnishing, and general repairs in yachting or luxury refit is essential
• Comfortable with a wide range of hand tools (saws, chisels, planes, etc.) and power tools (drills, routers, sanders, etc.)
• Team player, able to work in a large team
• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality
• The ability to collaborate effectively with other crew members and follow instructions
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions

Qualifications required:

• Professional Carpentry Course/Diploma
• STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
• Seaman's Discharge Book
• Schengen visa or right to work in Europe
