About This role

Private/Sole Chef – Private 50m+ MY

Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for a permanent Private/Sole Chef to join a highly desirable 50m+ superyacht. The vessel is currently located in Europe and operating on a Single Cruising Season (Mediterranean) and Private Residence in Europe itinerary (rest of the year), running a busy private programme.

– Start date: Immediate
– Location: Europe
– Package: Salary in Euros
– 90 days leave taken outside of Summer Season/Christmas Holidays

Experience and attributes required:
– Professionally trained, with experience on either yachts or private households
– Passionate about seasonal and international cuisines
– Confident in planning menus, provisioning and working independently
– Confident across multiple culinary traditions, with a strong emphasis on fresh produce

Qualifications required:
– Culinary trained would be beneficial
– Valid STCW’s and Medical
– Ships Cook Certificate would be a bonus

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
