We are looking for an experienced Laundry Master to join the crew of a brand new 40m motor yacht based in Turkey.

We are looking for someone who specialises in laundry and textile care and considers it their craft. If you take pride in perfectly pressed linens, know your fabrics inside out, and thrive in a role where laundry is the priority — this is for you.

Responsibilities
— Full responsibility for all laundry operations on board: washing, drying, ironing, pressing, folding and storage
— Expert handling of a wide range of fabrics — silk, linen, cotton, wool, delicate guest garments, luxury bed linen, towels and crew uniforms
— Applying correct care and ironing techniques for each fabric type
— Maintaining impeccable standards of presentation across all items
— Occasional support to the interior team when needed

Requirements
— Proven experience as a Laundry Master, Laundry Stewardess, or in a laundry-specialist role on board (yachts 40m+ preferred) or in luxury hospitality
— Expert knowledge of fabrics, care labels, washing programmes and ironing techniques
— High attention to detail and strong personal standards
— Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
— Positive, flexible attitude and team spirit

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
