YACHT INFORMATION:

A lovely 31m yacht is looking for an experienced Seasonal Chef required for a busy private yacht.

MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

Previous experience cooking for guests + crew
Be confident
Must have experience in provisioning and the correct storage of produce to prolong shelf life
Hands-on, can-do attitude, high level of hygiene & energy
Enjoys cooking healthy and nutritious meals for guests & crew

QUALIFICATIONS:

Culinary Trained Chef – STCW10 + ENG1 (or Equivalent)

ITINERARY
Gold Coast – Great Barrier Reef

START DATE:
Mid-July to the end of November.
2 weeks to get to know the vessel and provisioning, before heading north leaving on the 1st August.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

SALARY:
AUD$ – DOE
