About This role

Chef – Private – 100m+ Motor Yacht

Hill Robinson is presenting an opportunity for an experienced Chinese cuisine skilled Chef to join a highly desirable 100m+ Motor Yacht. The vessel operates on a busy dual season itinerary and runs a private programme.

  • Start date: July
  • Start: Europe
  • Rotation: 3:1
  • Salary: Paid in EUR

Experience and attributes required:

  • Must have excellent knowledge and skill in producing Chinese cuisine
  • Prior yachting experience is desired
  • Strong culinary background
  • Good communicator
  • Positive personality

Qualifications required:

  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
  • STCW (fully updated)
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2
  • Ships Cook Certificate

Candidates should ensure they meet the listed criteria before being considered.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
