Sole Chef – Private/Charter 36m M/Y
Start date: Immediately
Itinerary: Florida / Bahamas / New England Coast
Package: Salary paid in USD
Experience/Skills required:
- Minimum 1 season's experience as a Sole Chef on a yacht
- Culinary trained with a keen eye for presentation and freshness
- Able to manage provisioning and galley operations independently
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a small team
Qualifications required:
- STCW (fully updated)
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Food hygiene certification (valid)
- Seaman's Discharge Book (preferred)
Candidates should ensure they meet the listed criteria; only those shortlisted will be contacted.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
