Sole Chef – Private/Charter 36m M/Y

Start date: Immediately

Itinerary: Florida / Bahamas / New England Coast

Package: Salary paid in USD

Experience/Skills required:

  • Minimum 1 season's experience as a Sole Chef on a yacht
  • Culinary trained with a keen eye for presentation and freshness
  • Able to manage provisioning and galley operations independently
  • Positive attitude and ability to work within a small team

Qualifications required:

  • STCW (fully updated)
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate
  • Food hygiene certification (valid)
  • Seaman's Discharge Book (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
